ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) bench which is to preside over the hearing of the bail of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Captain (rtd) Safdar has changed once more.
Judge Justice Amir Farooq has left the country for summer holidays, interestingly, his predecessor Justice Akhtar Kayani also took his leave for summer holidays.

The Register Office of the High Court has forwarded the issue of the formation of a new bench to Chief Justice Pakistan Saqib Nisar.
