The MoU, signed by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Choudhry, Coordinator General COMSTECH, and Prof. Dr. Shahid Mahmood Baig, Chairman, Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF), signifies a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing the COMSTECH Inter-Library Network Resource Services.
